Do I need to install a plugin on my WordPress site?

No, you don’t. VideoSnack connects to your WP site via it’s secure API.

Is my data safe with VideoSnack?

Yes, your data is safe, and we don’t have access to your files or any data on your Google Drive. We use the minimum amount of permissions for our add-on to work.

What happens to my articles if I stop using VideoSnack?

VideoSnack works as a connector between Google Docs and your WordPress blog. Your WordPress blog and it’s content are independent of our add-on, and the articles will stay as they are.

How can I upgrade?

To upgrade please install the add-on and click the upgrade button at the bottom of the add-on.

Or just select the plan and go through the checkout process.

We accept most major debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  Apple Pay and Google Pay).

On the payment page, please make sure that you use the google email address for which you want to use the add-on. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription, your license will remain active until the end of your original subscription date. We do not offer pro-rated refunds.

Will my license be automatically renewed?

Yes, you don’t have to do anything to renew your  license. You will receive a reminder before it happens, and of course, you can cancel the automatic renewal whenever you want.
